I first worked with Bev during an internal career development course hosted by our employer.

This course covered topics such as: emotional resilience,Insights,HR, finance, presentation skills, marketing, operations, sales and many more. The course took nine months to complete, with the full aim to prepare employees for the next step in their careers.

I started the course scared to drive to the head office, nervous to speak infront of others and doubting whether I even belonged there. Bev supported me at every step. By the end of the first week I could confidently voice my thoughts and trust my own knowledge.

I learnt early on the type of learner and worker I am (green caring first, followed closely by blue data driven next). I also found out how best to engage with others who lead with different colours to me.

Overall Bev took me from a simple hard working person, to a more driven, targeted and focused individual. I'm now confident leading others and understand the greater impact of my actions. I can think with the bigger picture in mind.

I will always be grateful to Bev for the sheer level of effort she put into this course. She tailored every aspect of the course to our real working lives and made everything so engaging and easy to follow and absorb. Thank you Bev!
